well with so much optimism, there's no reason why you will be selling before the broker's report then, is there 1gw? 1gw21 Feb '20 - 15:59 - 4548 of 4548 0.00000013 1 1 It's almost as though some posters don't understand the difference between a trial where the retailer expects you to fund a certain amount of marketing/advertising, and a partnership or licensing deal where the incoming partner/licensee agrees to fund a disproportionate share of the cost in exchange for equity in or rights to the product. Meanwhile, as we wait for company news, I think the following statement in the Outlook section of David Traynor's report in the interims was perhaps an indication that we can expect an updated broker's note around the time of the relaunch with forward projections which take account of expected synergy delivery (and maybe more) " We are now working hard on relaunching as a unified company from April 2020 and expect all the recent efforts to then become visible in results and projections." hTtps://byotrolplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/2019-Interim-Results.pdf

1gw, The share price also jumped when they announced they were CLOSE to signing a 2nd US national retailer trial... Yet, it is now higher and the current trial at Target is due to end next month and there is NO confirmed partnership/contract... A 2nd national retailer was CLOSE to signing in May, so very high chance they would be signed. Now it's just hope that they find someone. The share price was lower when they were 'close' to signing that 2nd national retailer. The HOPE of signing a partnership with LOWER MARGINS, higher commission, is already in the price. Why did the 2nd NATIONAL RETAILER REFUSE THE TRIAL? " We are also now close to securing an additional new national retailer trial in the US. " https://byotrolplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/2019-05-09-Trading-Update.pdf Is the share price higher than it was when they were CLOSE to signing a 2nd NATIONAL retailer in May last year, 1gw???

1gw, "the main significance of this increased focus due to coronavirus is the boost it must have given to their chances of concluding a decent deal in the US. " Yet the share price is higher than it was when they were 'close' to signing a 2nd National retailer. The chances of concluding a deal then were significantly higher than now. As you constantly seek evidence from others. Have you any evidence that Byot have seized the opportunity and have 'repeatedly and continuously' been promoting the company, either themselves or via someone else?

Brownson "I fear byotrol has missed the boat. " "The public (and commercial customers) will have forgotten all about this in another couple of weeks." Exactly. Covid-19 isn't even front page news anymore.

Brownson - the vast majority of the business is professional or pet consumer. Do you have any stats or anecdotal evidence on those? i.e. whether or not they've been able to ramp up supply to meet at least some of any incremental demand over the last month? UK (human) consumer may be high profile to us (UK-based investors), but it's diddly squat to the company's sales or profits, isn't it? To me, the main significance of this increased focus due to coronavirus is the boost it must have given to their chances of concluding a decent deal in the US. If they can get their $5m marketing spend funded by a partner to try to get byotrol24 to $20m of sales in the US (as per the finnCap note) AND keep decent equity or a good royalty in the product then that could be transformational for the company don't you think?

The number of new cases of covid is declining rapidly. I fear byotrol has missed the boat. If they have cranked up production they will soon be stuck with a lot of dead stock. The public (and commercial customers) will have forgotten all about this in another couple of weeks.

Last May when the share price was significantly lower: 1) Byot were close to signing a 2nd national retailer 2) Byot had the Tesco contract which served them well 3) No one was expecting any accounting irregularities 4) Trial at Target extended to more sites... etc Now the share price is significantly higher but: 1) 2nd national retailer never signed 2) Byot lost the Tesco contract, no replacement announced 3) Accounts not qualified 4) appointed an agency (costing money) in US and STILL seeking partnerships 5) Trial at Target ends next month but so far not rolled out to all stores.. etc etc So the share price is higher based on HOPE and without any of those issues, which caused the share price to fall, being resolved.

The offer is there stt. All you have to do is share a credible motive for why you're posting here. It's not an unreasonable request is it, seeing as how you've bombarded our little community of interest with getting on for 120 posts just in February?

I take it you will come back with you sold in smaller chunks and declared it at the time... ;-) "if you can give us a reasonable understanding of why (in your mind) you are posting so frequently here." Do posters need your or your rthm gang's permission to post?

You obviously haven't been paying attention stt. If you can't work it out, I will answer that question if you can give us a reasonable understanding of why (in your mind) you are posting so frequently here.

1gw, Trying to justify the 2m sell on Fri... 2m sold Fri... 1m of sell trades yesterday, followed by 1m buy.. As you sold some on Friday at around 3.3p, was that 2m sell on Fri at 3.295p yours? 1gw - 14 Feb 2020 - 15:18:58 - 4427 of 4532 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT "In the end I managed to sell less than 2% of my holding at about 3.3p"

Agree it looks like that kcowe. I can get a quote to sell 1m at 3.20, so a bit like Friday. Then the price moved up to 3.50 or so and the bid seemed to dry up, so interesting to see if we can move higher and keep the liquidity today.
