"frequently saying “more than 100 sold in last 24 hours”. " and I did mention the '100 sold' week Friday ago...when I said I'm monitoring them.. The point is they have been out of stock for a week. Are they having supply chain problems? Didn't they prepare for such a spike, given it's been around 6 weeks since the outbreak was announced. Byot saw a similar spike around a decade ago, so should have been prepared for one. sikhthetech - 31 Jan 2020 - 18:47:55 - 4120 of 4270 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT I said yesterday to look at number of Boots anti-viral sanitisers sold.. 50ml... sold out 200ml.. over 100 sold in last 24 hrs.... https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 yesterday: Boots have re-stocked the Boots antiviral hand foam.. Both the 50ml & 200ml available in stock...was out of stock yesterday... 50ml: '73 purchased in last 24hrs' 200ml: '81 purchased in last 24hrs'... https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 Lets see how many they sell by tomorrow evening...

One would presume that's because it is selling well right now due to virus fears, judging by the messages which pop up when viewing the product frequently saying "more than 100 sold in last 24 hours". But you'll know that as you are watching the Boots site. Those messages and Byotrol's own comments which have been posted online to the effect of "experiencing unprecedented demand for our Invirtu alcohol-free hand sanitiser". Plus directors recently bought. Good enough for me

"200ml bottles last Sunday" Exactly, thank you - that backs up my point - they've sold out for a week I'm saying 200ml bottles were in stock last Sunday but not since.. Last Sunday is not last 7 days, is it? Mon-Sun..

Mutley, My links in my posts were for the 200ml bottles.. they've been out of stock all week and currently are STILL showing out of stock - check the link.. As you say, they had stock on and off the previous week... and I posted that fact when Kcowe bought 100x 200ml bottles!!! The 50ml bottles have been in stock all week... £3.19 for 50ml, £5.19 for 200ml 4x the size!! Check the link: Online: https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 and check stores in London: 2 out of about 70 stores have some stock https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389

Actually Boots have had stock in several times in the last couple of weeks - they have sold out quickly and then stock has come online again. This includes in the last week where they have not been showing as sold out for the entire week - you can buy the 50ml Boots Byotrol hand foam this very second

1gw, you can use Byot in Target stores is a trial as an excuse for not re-stocking them Boots, however, isn't. And given it's UK and Byot's only retailer for hand sanitiser, it should be easier to supply them.. But they've been out of stock all week. Online: https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 and check stores in London: 2 out of about 70 stores have some stock https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 They've been out of stock for a week... 2019-CoroN outbreak was in public domain about 6-7 weeks ago, that's plenty of time to prepare and support a supply chain. Their sales spiked around a decade ago, following a previous outbreak.. I would have thought they would have learnt from that and had prepared for another outbreak.. What feeble excuse are you going to make for them failing with the Boots supply chain... You could try blaming Kcowe, that might work... ;-)

Loaf "How this can be at multi year lows, £2M in cash and all the product development finished is beyond me." Maybe read the accounts and company newsflow!!! but you already knew about the company's true cash position, didn't you? Obviously they will gain some additional cash from the spike resulting from the Coronavirus but how far will that go... and will it be enough to prevent another placing? Company's Weak cash position: "At the year-end we had cash resources of £2.8m (2018: £3.85m) which is sufficient to finance our ongoing operations and the remaining earnout payments to Medimark's vendors but not to fund additional resources, capabilities and nationwide marketing expenditure in the US." "We were able to review bank reconciliations for three of the four open Lloyds Bank Plc accounts referred to above, with the fourth account having a trivial balance for which bank statements indicate trivial movement during the year. However we were unable to perform all our planned audit procedures and we considered that alternative audit procedures did not fully address the risk of completeness of bank facilities across the Group and parent company financial statements." https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/byotrol-BYOT/share-news/Byotrol-PLC-Posting-of-Accounts-Notice-of-AGM-and/80908119
