Possibly already the US: ... if more than 50% of our shares were to be owned by US investors, as determined under the US securities laws, we would no longer be eligible to file as an FPI. In that case, we would be required to begin reporting under US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and issue annual results on Form 10-K and quarterly results on Form 10-Q. It is possible that we could lose FPI status during 2021.
