Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 15 June 2018 Marco Gobbetti, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, was granted an option over 1,920 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of GBP15.62 per Share in accordance with the rules of the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan 2011 (as amended) ("Option"). The Option will normally become exercisable on 1 September 2023.
