OUR VIEW - We would expect to see some consensus EPS downgrades today given the lack of organic growth momentum and negative currency impacts. We remain
Underperform on valuation, low organic revenue growth and lack of long-term margin upside. We see little further scope for upside surprise given the rerating that has
occurred over the last 12 months and believe there are better value companies in the sector that can offer equal levels of defensiveness, with higher levels of organic
growth at cheaper valuations. The stock has outperformed the FTSE100 12% YTD and now trades on a 15E PE of 18.9x , EV/EBITA 13.7x. We remain at Underperform.
