14/3/2018 15:33 | I make it a 16 month decline since the late 2015 share price peak. | essentialinvestor
14/3/2018 15:31 | DMF, I'm not sure there will be some clear capitulation moment here, it's more like death by a thousand cuts. | essentialinvestor
14/3/2018 15:24 | five year low right now. is no one tempted here? | careful
14/3/2018 15:21 | Needs capitulation....dram | dmf
14/3/2018 12:20 | Not handsome enough, and I always button up my shirt. If GP can survive his next handsome attack he could do well. | careful
14/3/2018 12:17 | You make it sound so simple careful, maybe you should put yourself forward as a replacement for GP? | toon1966
14/3/2018 12:10 | There is plenty of scope for belt tightening in a company the size of BT. Synergies with EE for example, cap ex, more financial discipline. Patterson will be under pressure to drive this programme. A turnover of £25bn is the cash that passes through their hands. That means over £21bn gets spent. Save just 5% of that and the bottom line improves by £1b. now we are talking turkey. | careful
14/3/2018 12:04 | Anyone hoping for a nice surprise is going to be disappointed. Nothing has changed and the potential for unknown positive news is negligible. The pension issue being resolved is the only thing on the horizon that could have a notably positive impact - but I believe even that will be somewhat muted. | eisler
14/3/2018 09:33 | Careful - could you please explain the term 'rocketed' and how much you were paying with EE (Orange) and are now paying with EE (BT)? | toon1966
14/3/2018 09:27 | financial year end in 2 weeks time. BT are panting and wheezing up to the finishing line. Lets up hope that when the results come out in May we get a good surprise. Perversely, one hopeful sign is my broadband monthly bill. I have been with EE for years. (was orange) No complaints. ... but since BT took them over my monthly bill has rocketed. | careful
14/3/2018 08:22 | We need a big drop in share price coupled with volume for capitulation | dmf
14/3/2018 03:34 | Hi guys keeping a close eye, although I'm in New Zealand spending profits from shorting BT.Capitulation not taken place yet. | montyhedge
13/3/2018 22:50 | monty will be here soon...don't get too emotional... | diku
13/3/2018 16:35 | Why would I be in love with BT? | toon1966

13/3/2018 15:40 | Needs to make new lows real capitulation | smurfy2001
13/3/2018 15:34 | We need a really good "wash-out" these need a dramatic drop to pull in buyers! | dmf
13/3/2018 14:37 | Has Corbyn said he would nationalise telecoms, I know he is gunning for railways, energy and water, but, never heard him say he would go after BT. To be honest nationalising these industries and shafting shareholders would make the UK appear like a rogue state into which no one will invest. The policies of the hard left would destroy the economy and after a term or two they would be in opposition again for a decade or more. I'm a buyer at these levels, wllm | wllmherk
13/3/2018 13:53 | BT going no lower than225-6 Then it would need adverse event. Interest rates still low compared with earnings and dividend. There is no comparison with the circumstances that led to the 77p share price when interest rates much higher and every reason to prefer cash in the Building Society. The shares are cheap just that not being bought so much whilst political risk but at these price levels no great reason to sell unless you are desperate for the money. | 4spiel
13/3/2018 13:46 | Amazon will be a 'major disruptive force' to live sports rights in the next few years, analyst says | dmf
13/3/2018 13:40 | The bonus would be his departure...well overdue ! | dmf |
