wendsworth...only profit once sold...paper profits can evaporate just as quickly...like in 2022...punters are getting astute...rates are close to peak or already peaked...markets will start pricing in rates cuts end 2023 early 2024...

Money flowing into beaten down domestic shares of 2022...but if the economy is going to slow down why the Miners are riding close to highs...AZN also all time highs...Oily shares also higher than start of 2022...markets/shares are at cross roads...

diku ; share price closed at 113 on 30/12 (post ex-dividend of 2.31p). An 11% uplift in the four trading days since is quite remarkable.

Anybody think this RPI+3% is flawed...but over the rest of the year competitors start offering lower prices on packages by offering more for less...the package price doesn't really make much headway...in other words apart form the all you can eat minutes and texts now fierce competition with data...soon all you can eat data will be the norm...

Berenberg has a ‘hold’ rating for BT with a price target of 160p, versus today’s market price of 119.7p.


Over the year thats a 40% potential capital increase and a 6% dividend yield .
During a recession people still use their phones-its good to talk.

Grossly oversold from 1ts high of 190p-thanks to the shorters(NOT)

Out of dollar earners and into value old economy shares...if you look at Miners and Oilys finished higher in 2022 then start of year 2022...while old economy shares at multi year lows...

Great start to the year from BT:

Writing to say that due to failure to install FTTP since contract started in October, I can take my complaint to the Ombudsman.

Landline ringing at 07:01 from BT's SMS number which is pointless because phone doesn't take texts and I have told them to use mobile for such.
