PDMR Shareholding

N Brown Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 June 2019, nil cost options were granted to its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Johnson, over 35,410 ordinary shares in the Company and to its Chief Financial Officer, Craig Lovelace, over 48,836 ordinary shares in the Company in accordance with the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Bonus Awards"). The Deferred Bonus Awards are not subject to performance conditions and will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant.

This announcement is made in accordance with Articles 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014
