Block Listing Application
Brooks Macdonald Group plc announces that an application has been made to AIM and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block admission of 58,900 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
37,230 of these new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under The Brooks Macdonald Approved Share Save Scheme.
21,670 of these new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee shares options under The Brooks Macdonald Company Share Option Plan.
On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
It is expected that such admission will become effective on 18 June 2018.
