EI - The share price of BLND is quite unstable recently. Be honestly, I am not trying to second guess what direction the share price will go in the next few months. I bought in for a medium/long term investment and believe the share is undervalued at the moment.K C

Some very good lettings news announced on Thursday at their 4 Kingdom St
Padington campus. The building 89% let or pre let already.

BLND looking rather cheap near these levels just IMV.

It was 0.8% drop, not huge but quite a bit.As far as I need to know is the share price of Blnd is now above 600. So far so good!K C

I expected a market correction in May/June as mentioned,
It's not happened unless this slight market volatility is the start of it.

160 may seem a big number, at the current level of the DJI it's a very small %.

Grabbed a few more myself today .... the V-shaped lows from this time last year are lining up nicely .... started to buy back to hold from 6.30 so sitting on 6.17 average the past month with dividend but 5.64 average for this year.

I wondered that, but their assets tend to be higher end.

The recent dreadful events may increase some development costs
in the future, and they own some smaller older buildings.

Would be surprised if it's an issue across their portfolio,
however may be wrong.

Hoping that is the case!.

Listened to the webcast, available on the BLND investors site,
and there was a lot to like.

At a guess retail exposure may be weighing on sentiment
and share price valuation ATM, however their retail assets look far higher
quality than 4/5 years ago imv. Considerable change
in the retail portfolio, which may not be fully appreciated.

Added another small amount before the close.

Used the proceeds of my LAND sale at 1038 yesterday,
admittedly that was a luckily timed sale.
