and Issue of Equity
The Company announces that certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company have today been allotted, subject to Admission, a total of 1,119,439 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a consequence of the vesting of awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plans in 2016 ("2016 PSP Awards").

*The 2016 PSP Award to Peter Tom CBE was granted to Rise Rocks Limited, a company in which Mr Tom has a beneficial interest, which provides the services of Mr Tom as Chairman to the Company.
The Company has also awarded a total of 162,720 new Ordinary Shares, as a consequence of the vesting of awards, to other current employees and former employees. The Company has applied for the total of 1,282,159 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to occur tomorrow, on 9 April 2019.
The Company has been notified that Alan Mackenzie has sold 103,407 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 68.13p per Ordinary Share.
Following admission, there will be 1,680,823,730 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
