PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that on 3 February 2023 Carol Hui, Non-executive Director of Breedon Group plc and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 71p per Ordinary Share. As a consequence, Ms Hui now has an interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's total voting rights.

As at today there are 1,694,399,580 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
