The Company has been notified that Jude Lagan, Managing Director - Breedon Cement has purchased 74,625 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 0.67p per Ordinary Share on 16 June 2022. As a consequence, Mr Lagan now has an interest in 356,625 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.

As at today there are 1,694,083,376 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
