Update re Reduction of Share Capital
Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH), the fund management and strategic investor group, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 19 July 2018, the Court confirmed the Capital Reduction earlier today. The Capital Reduction remains conditional upon the relevant Interlocutor issued by the Court and form SH19 being registered by the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to take place by 19 October 2018.
Further details of the Capital Reduction are set out in the Company's announcement of 18 June 2018 and the Circular sent to Shareholders on 21 June 2018 (the "Circular"). Defined terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Circular.
