Contract Renewals

Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the Social Video Group, announces that it has renewed multi-year agreements with existing clients Link Up TV and Alofoke Radio for Brave Bison's Channel Management Services. The new agreements (three years and two years respectively) each include the management of content, channels, rights, monetisation and audience development.

Alofoke Radio is the biggest radio show in the Dominican Republic and first partnered with Brave Bison in 2014. As a direct result of the relationship, Alofoke is now a leading entertainment brand with 2.5m subscribers and over 230m views on YouTube annually. Brave Bison will continue its role in the management of Alofoke's YouTube channels, as well as acting in an advisory capacity to further grow their eCommerce offering and identify additional revenue opportunities across other digital media platforms.

Link Up TV is one of Europe's leading platforms for emerging music talent. Its grime music channel boasts over 1.4m subscribers and generates more than 400m views on YouTube annually. The partnership will see Brave Bison continue to support with the management of Link Up TV's flagship YouTube channel, as well as help build and implement a new content strategy centred around youth entertainment.
