30/4/2021 07:00 | That's a false statement. What they actually said was:"the Group has been profitable on an adjusted EBITDA* basis for the last 7 months." Its absolutely not the same as either being profitable or cash positive for the last 7 months. I suppose when you are desperately underwater and looking for investors that are more gullible than you are to offload your shares onto it makes sense that you try your hardest to mislead :-) | terminator101
30/4/2021 06:31 | They have been profitable on an adjusted EBITDA basis for the past seven months, so the corner has been turned, with costs having been removed from the business, they are fit to go on the next chapter of the planned road to recovery. This is one for the brave long term investor that’s aware of the potential huge growth of the business in the next few years. Not one for widows or orphans and investors should beware if they are not seasoned investors. | clocktower
29/4/2021 21:30 | Wow, there's some delusional comments on this perpetual loss making outfit. All that waffle about adjusted EBITDA is just that, waffle, to disguise how big the losses are. You have to dig right through the accounts to find any reference to the fact they made a loss to. No wonder people are bailing out. | terminator101
29/4/2021 16:08 | Have you noticed the house broker, Cenkos is massively behind here? They published a note after the year end trading update which only forcasts £12.8m of revenue for 2021. Clearly that's nonsense. 2020 revenue was £14.5m and the CFO guided for 10-15% organic growth. | f15jcm
29/4/2021 13:51 | Thanks for you input f15jcm - As they talked about purchasing new tack-on's I expect them to consolidate the shares before buying into another business, as they said they expect to pay for them through a mixture of shares, cash and I doubt that they will be able to raise money at these levels. My guess is 50-1 and raise funds at around 10% discount to the share price but first I expect them to come out with a whole lot of contracts and positive news, which will drive the share price up a lot. Just my view but DYOR. | clocktower
29/4/2021 09:28 | Yes, I watched. Didn't really take much away that wasn't in the results. Not really sure what part The Hook plays. The website and YouTube channel haven't been updated for ages. | f15jcm
29/4/2021 08:57 | A good presentation and good to see a few buys during it, looks like the patch to growth is lined up. Anyone else watching that may wish to comment here? | clocktower
29/4/2021 07:54 | Presentation at 9am not to be missed imo. Surprised to see the sells this morning. | clocktower
28/4/2021 11:41 | Just need to wait until after the presentation tomorrow to see more movement I guess. | clocktower
28/4/2021 10:16 | "dan de lion28 Apr '21 - 10:49 - 3587 of 3587 0 0 0 So with an EPS of 10 times, that equates to an share price of 25p?" Typo? :-) 2.5p yes. | clocktower
28/4/2021 09:49 | So with an EPS of 10 times, that equates to an share price of 25p? | dan de lion
28/4/2021 09:46 | Brokers targets tend to the fanciful side, I assume that what you are saying is most probably more in line with "market expectations". Thanks. | dan de lion
28/4/2021 09:31 | Current brokers target around 5p dan de lion but having had a look at the accounts, I have revised mine down from 3.5p to 2.5p over the next couple of months. Take your pick and DYOR. | clocktower
28/4/2021 09:06 | In line with market expectations? What are current market expectations, does any one know? | dan de lion
28/4/2021 08:52 | Bounce back time, as expected as we look top the future. | clocktower
28/4/2021 07:46 | Plenty available now on-line, so the sellers are in charge for now. | clocktower
28/4/2021 07:30 | I just tried buying another 100k online and could not get them , then 50k still not able too. Are the MM awake yet? | clocktower
28/4/2021 06:50 | A good turnaround in a difficult time, and with strong figures in the first quarter already in the bag the forward looking statements have put the company back on the road to much better things ahead with the opening of businesses that feed the company with marketing opportunities. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts over the next week. | clocktower
26/4/2021 14:10 | Great News ahead of the results on 28th and presentation on 29th April. | clocktower
22/4/2021 12:29 | I guess it will be on Monday or Tuesday we see the T3 traders jumping in here a few days before the results which are forecast well ahead of last years. I also expect a very positive first quarter and a strong outlook which should send the share price up to my target or beyond hopefully. Still, a few more buyers in today already. | clocktower
16/4/2021 16:39 | I would rather see this just continue to grow and swallow other smaller players along the way to much great heights. If the results are as good as I expect them to be with a great forward forecast, I shall be holding onto at least 50% of my current holding,to benefit from the long term growth and capital increase. Still best of luck with your investment. Last time this went past 3p, I had a big holding but unfortunately the bulk of it was with Beaufort and I could not sell the 50% of my total holding as they were untradeable at the time, due to their troubles. Still, as I had purchased a lot at around 0.75/0.85 I still did ok but when CH left I diched the rest,as I thought Kate was the wrong CEO, and I have kept it on my watch list, and picked up a fair amount of stock on the dips and a lot more after got I got up to speed again on it again. This time the company are in much better situation and the prospects look outstanding plus it is so undervalued at present, and fair value is at least 3.5/4p imo. DYOR. | clocktower
16/4/2021 15:53 | Yes should continue next week hopefully. Wouldn't be surprised to see an offer for this team one day soon. Here's hoping. | red army
16/4/2021 15:22 | The MM have just swallowed another 350k without a blink - Do some have advanced knowledge of the results? I understand there is brokers note that sets a target higher than I have red army. If you look back at the posts you will see I spotted the rise from lower down and pleased to say my holding looks better again today. still plenty of room for profit for new buyers yet imo. | clocktower
16/4/2021 14:56 | clocktower - I agree with your 3.5p initial target | red army
16/4/2021 10:57 | More sells than buys and L2 looks strong, so I suspect there is a big order to fill. | clocktower |
