31/7/2019 09:33 | Sorry, yes cash balance will return to back over £5 mil again | dave4545
31/7/2019 09:05 | Not long before we see the next big wave of sellers I expect. By Friday close, I expect we will have hit the rocks and Kate might be looking for a new job before to long if things keep going southwards. Bit like Woodford who was big into horses as Kate is reported to be. Maybe taking theirs eyes off the ball while hacking around the social circle. | clocktower
31/7/2019 08:52 | Limited downside.All about APAC IMO Tangent and CIP building a stake.Precisely.Comp | billthebank
31/7/2019 08:46 | Having to pay 1.6p already Can't quite believe this reaction.Great OPPO to make a quick and medium term kill.Never thought they would ever be this low again.Buy when others are fearful | billthebank
31/7/2019 08:45 | Why ? Small EBITDA profit and cash below £4 mil with a market cap of £9 mil Seems generously valued at the moment. Great for trading though. | dave4545
31/7/2019 08:40 | Crazy share price reaction Can't believe this 1.6p to buy!!!! | billthebank
31/7/2019 08:38 | So more likely a dead cat bounce than a recovery! Guess I'd leave my funds in my two other investments. | nasarsaddique
31/7/2019 08:35 | Directors maybe buying shares to help keep the share price up? They confirm they were paid £1.5 million in July but do not say how much of that was earmarked to go out the door in July? All those costs of moving and new staff in H2, in addition to Kate`s new direction and having paid off the old team. All will come home in the Full year Results. Big Red lines to be expected imo. | clocktower
31/7/2019 08:32 | Says it all. "........the outturn for the full year to 31 December 2019 will show a material reduction in revenue and adjusted EBITDA versus current market expectations." | p1nkfish
31/7/2019 08:26 | Dead cat bounce? Or genuine recovery? Opinion anyone? | nasarsaddique
31/7/2019 08:09 | "Cash balance at 30 June 2019 of GBP3.7 million (31 December 2018: GBP5.4 million). Cash outflow in H1 2019 primarily as a result of the timing of payments from two large branded content deals which were received in July" LOL - "Primarily" what an excuse. Will the next set of results have the same statement in ? | clocktower
31/7/2019 08:08 | Wow, glad I sold last week at 1.94p for a small 28% profit. Might get back in later but RNS does not read well. | supertag
31/7/2019 07:59 | cash - you need to read more diligently | tsmith2
31/7/2019 07:57 | A day at the races for BBSN and the drop in cash is more than concerning. 1.2p was a generous amount that Woodford was paid for the 19%, however once its on the floor maybe Tangent will make an offer for the rest of the company at 1.2p Good Trading. So much for Kate skills!! Now we can guess what was some of the other issues in the boardroom. | clocktower
31/7/2019 07:54 | Awful news.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
31/7/2019 07:48 | Need to shakeout all the pumpers who were saying it was going to 3p. Perhaps good opp if it gets anywhere near 1p. | phowdo
31/7/2019 07:47 | A fine short.Let it slide real good. | deccer1
31/7/2019 07:45 | New investors won't be that happy (although Tangent paid 1.2p for theirs I think) so it would be wise of Kate to significantly add to her holding to show faith. Pretty harsh markdown so far.. | dplewis1
31/7/2019 07:43 | Don’t forget Q1 was Clare; Q2 is Kate. The FB issues will be linked to Kate and/or execution issues | albert zog
31/7/2019 07:40 | So c.£11m market cap, c.£4m+ (assuming big clients payment in July as they say) so c.£7m EV as EBITDA is positive for full year let's assume. How far must it fall therefore to reflect today's lower guidance? if it does £500k EBITDA in full year underlying, then a multiple of 6? £3m-£4m doesn't seem unreasonable, but then depends how people see 2020 panning out given the actions taken. Will we see directors pile in or not on such a move? DYOR | qs99
31/7/2019 07:39 | Great news if you're Claire Hungate. Most of it happened on her watch but Kate gets the blame! | dplewis1
31/7/2019 07:36 | All reads very well until ..... there is a material reduction in revenue / EBITDA full year expectations. Doh! Some of this is priced in of course | albert zog
31/7/2019 07:22 | Interesting, not great, but very interesting. Took action back in April (wonder why did not inform market then?) and seems to be having an immediate effect which is the positive so management have moved quickly it would seem, but not able to offset the decline. APAC motoring ahead and London co-location and losing 2 senior people IMO should benefit EBITDA. H2 still likely to be EBITDA +ve so IMO that should help temper the fall on the off. DYOR obviously on all the above. As people say, may have to ride this one out as it has big old net cash position, it is still EBITDA +VE, has taken quick and appropriate action in my view and so would be intrigued to know what 2020 EBITDA forecasts still could be. Anywhere near £500-£75 GLA holders, meanwhile nice to see CEY my golder RNS this morning.... | qs99 |
