Weshop 27/8/20.Option to acquire 10% for GBP2,777,777.The lead investor on the convertible loan note has also taken a 6-month option whereby it allows them to invest a further GBP2,777,777 into the business at a GBP25m valuation as equity which would give them a 10% stake in the company. Details of the Lead investor shall be released in the coming days..What if Brandshield was to raise $20M @40p.The Brandshield(10.7% weshop holder)-Weshop($25M value) enlarged group would still be under 200M shares in issue and enlarged mkt cap would be heading in the direction of $80m $100M. I cant see WESHOP launching until the RTO is completed to keep the price low similar to the TSI/Brandshield RTO. 200M shares @ 40p=$80M.Then its good to go. I dont see any problem in BRSD hitting 40p in 1-2 months.Mining assets could also be sold in the short term but given recent activity at IGS and KKME the value would obviously have to be reassessed..All in all the next two months could be hectic as we head for our $1B+ mkt cap valuation..PS: Regarding using placings and flipping as a tool to spread fear and uncertainty it might be worth looking at the recent MIRI placing. The anticipated BIDS placingto dilute the CEO) will have a similar outcome imo.See you all in LSE:BRSD on Tuesday morning

Investor presentation tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing the update from a month ago.... What's coming down that sales pipeline?
Hoping the share price holds around the placing price for now.

Funny as things can be misconstrued in terminology.
For me an IPO can mean the ambition to come to market or obtaining the listing they seek.
An IPO in the old days could come in many shapes:
- An Introduction - smaller companies and generally introduced to a select band of significant investors
- A Placing - where the company obtains its listing by way of a Placing of new shares
- A Tender - where investors get to value the company themselves and can tender for shares at different price points - Like Bidstack on its last Placing where brokers could tender at market (5.625p) 5p, 4.5p and 4p
- A full blown IPO (Initial Public Offering) - unusual for small companies to go down this route as can be very expensive and involve a lead broker and a secondary broker plus further brokers to get wide coverage

For me, Brandshield got their wish to be listed.

Yep bobby, I am excited by the team they have in place and was lucky enough to be part of the broker tour.
happy to hold shares in this one and I can add that Brandshield were valued at just above £40m when set against their peers so to raise money at around the £20m level is great for investors.
I bought shares today and will continue to buy under 0.11 or 22p.
Very good company and Weshop and the other investments are in for nothing.

"It accelerated business and accelerated sales cycles, definitely."Clients cut across sectors, from finance to clothing companies like jeans-maker Levi Strauss & Co. and New Balance Athletics Inc. One main area of recent growth has been pharmaceutical companies, driven by increased attention to the industry, with the startup's new sales in the first half of 2020 almost equivalent to all those for the whole of the prior year, according to Keren.Israel boasts a strong cybersecurity sector, giving rise to 23 startup exits last year worth around $3.5 billion, according to IVC Research Center.
