I'll suggest a couple

PEG started to move off the bottom and all buys today.

BSP undervalued and unloved. Worth closer to 1.5p than .5p if you look at the valuation of some of it's core holdings.

........how about ULT (Ultrasis)? Market cap around £26m, lots of contracts in the pipeline, and the ONLY company approved by NICE to offer ccbt (computerised cognitive behavioural therapy)for mild to moderate depression. Results soon, stock already up 163% this year from the low and lots of buying around. Rumours of stakebuilding too. All in all at 1.7p a bargain.

was shifting stock on that deal, more interested in this one:

Capital & Regional PLC said its chief executive
designate Hugh Scott-Barrett has bought 150,000 shares in the company at an
average price of 545 pence.
The co-investing property asset manager said that Barrett bought 115,000
shares for his personal account at a price of 545 pence and 35,000 shares for
his SIPP account at a price of 546 pence.
Scott-Barrett will take over from Martin Barber as chief executive of
Capital & Regional effect from April 1.

oh and CAL def worth a look also, look at the price incoming chief exec paid for shares just over a week ago and the amount he bought.
