China Biodiesel (CBI) is selling at 0.43 book value with nil gearing. Haynes (HYNS) is selling just below book value, with a well established business franchise that is not easily dupicated.

Abbey (ABBY), the Eire based housebuilder with construction interests in the Czech republic, as well as a cash generative UK plant hire business, is selling below its liquidation value with low debt.

The recent global market downturn is clearly an overeaction, as usual, and its creating opportunities to buy good companies at low prices.

loq - in two weeks time they announce a 500k profit and 600k in cash in the bank. doubled the number of customers in last few months . Should make 1 million this summer, no debt and 70% of evry extra pound will go straight to profit.

MArket cap about 3.5 million. Barmy

try Glencar Mining, GEX, a mining junior and purely a gold play. Building a very substantial resource in it's own right, the size of that resource will attract majors. Estimate 3m oz au from drilling that has taken place already with the main strike areas open at depth and along strike. Very probable that new strikes will be found. Management have made two big discoveries before and are experienced and investor friendly.

'gas' (gasol) is my second share...dyor...nice rns today and got till the end of the month to decide if they want to purchase the remaining 80% of 'aflng' through the issue of shares...at 15p!!!

AGR, a forced seller has seen the price fall from 160p to present 114p. Spoke with FD last week who stated the co was trying to ascertain who the seller was but weren't worried. Just been promoted to the 250 as well. I've bought, no stamp duty when you buy this stock as well. :-)))
