TIDMBHL RNS Number : 2162B Baydonhill PLC 22 October 2009 ? 22 October 2009 Baydonhill plc ("Baydonhill" or the "Company") Trading update Baydonhill (AIM: BHL), one of the UK's leading foreign exchange specialists, is pleased to provide the following trading update. Trading update The Company is pleased to announce that in September 2009 it achieved breakeven for the month at the EBITDA level. This was achieved through continued revenue growth in the Corporate Division and the restructuring of costs across the business. Given the promising growth potential of the Corporate Division combined with the relatively stable revenue stream from the Private Client Division, the Company is now better equipped to deliver revenue growth and make significant progress towards achieving consistent levels of profitability. Baydonhill expects to publish its half-yearly result for the period to 30 September 2009 in December 2009. Enquiries:

OEP looking great - MM's are already forcasting that the results will beat the market expectations and then for just a 700K cap company they will rocket.

From the RNS.... As reported in the Company's interim statement on 28 November 2006, the Board notes that additional working capital will be required during 2007. The Board are already in discussions with certain parties to assist in this fundraising and look forward to updating the market as and when these matters materialise. Don't think you can say that it's not a current issue.
