OK tnx Ged. Yes with that already JORCed I could not make sense of the latter.

With the former as a potential resource this lot could end up sitting on something very valuable indeed.

At clay thickness of 20m 1500ppm LCE and density of 2 1mt LCE could come from 17sqkm.

See what they can do.

ATB.

A very good question, Lenses.

Looking at the resource they already have from 2018:

Maiden resource estimate in 2018 all in Inferred category 42.6Mt Mean grade 818 ppm 185K tonnes of LCE.

Then look at the drilling that has been done so far then I think it is the first part of your understanding.

Charles has talked about a significant increase in the resource estimate on several occasions.

A question

Am I right in understanding that the first milestone in the royalty agreement on=f a few days back re:

" US$2.5 million once Bradda Head has obtained a 1 million tonne (Mt) lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) resource with a minimum lithium grade of 800 parts per million (ppm) "

Means 1mt of LCE defined in a large multi million tonnage of ore or is it about defining 1mt of ore that has contained LCE to above 800ppm in it? A very large difference between the two criteria.

Tnx.

Looking good so far. Great comms from management, which as you mentioned is key. But, until meat on the bones that can be taken to the bank, it's likely to hang around this price.

I do like it and am fully invested, so looking forward to a productive 2022.

More good news. Huge upside potential here. I'd rather be in it than not in it!

Not a bad week. Two positive announcements and share price up. Personally I would like that gap down to 8p closing before further purchases.

Lots to look forward to. Due diligence from Lithium Royalty, drilling to commence at Wikieup both before year end and resource updated early next quarter.

Oh and a very confident CEO who comes across as extremely competent.

Sorry I thought this was a re-run of the Octoberfest interview. Just realised part of it is explanation of the royalty agreement:-

Another v positive RNS. I feel we are on the cusp of something huge here. All that's required is a bit of patience.

For sure. Nice to see the share price holding too. Normally see a boost then it drops significantly. Lots of good news flow which is very important.

Great stuff Ged, thanks...

A delay of about three weeks to complete the drilling and a slight overrun into next quarter for the updated resource calculation. Add in the occasional tough drilling conditions and that's all the bad news out of the way.

Positives were that the assays were so good on the first three planned twin holes they were able to drill to get a resource expansion.

The first three twin holes confirmed previously unknown mineralised material.

The updated resource calculation is expected to be SIGNIFICANTLY larger than the current resource estimate.

Drilling about to start at Wikieup by Boart Longyear using sonic drilling (see earlier post)

Increased drilling from 2% of claims up to 20%

Far more positives as far as I can see.

It looks like the £50k trade yesterday was cancelled but was replaced by two trades of £26K.5 and £23.5K. There were a few others from yesterday cancelled this morning.
Does anyone know why?

Also was sent this in the SAV newsletter this morning:-

Bloomberg Opinion: There’s an Unseemly Rush to Power EV Batteries.

The race to power EVs has created a competition to capture lithium, which is a troubling sign for batteries. Global lithium consumption has been forecast to grow fivefold by the end of the decade, increasing the metal’s price. However, this has caused a legitimate demand-supply issue that will likely cause a shortage of lithium as well as an EV and battery affordability problem.

"Lithium is expected to trade at 200563.45 points by the end of this quarter, according to Trading Economics global macro models and analysts expectations. Looking forward, we estimate it to trade at 216555.35 in 12 months time."

Ah, I was just going to post about that. Pleased you registered with them.

It's that final paragraph where it states they expect BHL to become a major player.

Good research note from Shard. Confirms this is a significant step forward for the business.

Onward and upward hopefully...

For sure. $10m is a significant amount but more importantly assumes no debt and does not dilute existing shareholders.

If BHL can get to production without having to issue >1 billion shares and have little or no debt, then management have done their job well.

Another very positive interview. Just a slight delay in the completion of drilling at Burro Creek East which is normal for an exploration company.

Drilling about to start at Wikieup, drilling about to be completed at Burro creek East, updated resource for Burro Creek East and now completion of this royalty agreement. And all before year end which is only six weeks away.
