More good news. Drilling should be able to start at Wikieup towards the end of this month, having now paid the bond and perhaps an optimistic target of a resource estimate by next June. Sometimes best to add 3 months to dates given by mining companies. (3 years in some cases!)

Note there was a slight delay in the completion of drilling at Burro Creek East but once again state 'the grade and depth of the Lithium mineralisation found during this campaign has been encouraging'

Great thread - the markets clearly not catching up with all the positive news - the share price really s/b north of 10p imho

If you're not too familiar with lithium clay, this video from Hawkstone may help. Here Big Sandy deposit is being talked about and that is in the vicinity of Wikieup.

They said drilling would be completed by now.

"All remaining holes in the current programme are now scheduled to be completed by mid to late October due to delays from extreme weather, with all assays expected to be received within four weeks of the completion of logging and sampling of the last drill hole."

I wonder if the drilling was completed on schedule. Always suspicious of a late afternoon rise.

Drilling results Monday maybe?

Just had a Shard Capital research note sent from Tavistock. A little more detail than the RNS. Might be worth registering with them so you can receive the full text. I registered after trying to access a previous research note in the Analyst Research section on the BHL website. The maps look a little clearer.

Geophysics results raise the stakes in Arizona

Bradda Head Lithium has reported encouraging results from geophysical programmes at its Burro Creek East and Wikieup sedimentary lithium projects and San Domingo pegmatite asset, all in Arizona. The initial results are illuminating and indicate the potential for both thickening and/or extensions of key mineralised horizons at all projects. In addition to informing the upcoming drill programmes, the geophysics results hint at significant potential for expansion to the current mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) at Burro Creek East and also support potential for maiden MRE’s at Wikieup and San Domingo.

Full research note attached.

Charles FitzRoy is speaking at the Swiss Mining Institute this week. Perhaps that's why no interviews this week.

Not sure how much good these events do.

What we can take from this RNS is the potential extension at depth of the pegmatites and just over 60% increase of the footprint in San Domingo.

The grades previously reported at White Ridge seem favourably comparable with other companies.

Still to get the northern section surveyed.

Yes, more positive news. Been out this morning so yet to compare those initial grades.
EDIT why you posting rubbish on the BHL thread?

Received the October newsletter this morning. It's not yet on the website.

It's a round-up of recent announcements but I thought this paragraph was useful:-

"The main aim of this programme is to develop a suitable process flowsheet, with a target processing cost of lithium extraction of less than US$4,000/tonne LCE (Lithium Carbonate Equivalent), and identify an appropriate path to produce a low-carbon footprint battery-grade lithium product."

With recent Lithium Carbonate prices being about £22,000/tonne and they stay strong by the time production starts that's a good return.

I should have read the admission document a little more carefully. They have a licence until 2038 for the Pennsylvania assets.

Pennsylvania Brine Location and Geography
The Pennsylvania Brine Project is located in Western Pennsylvania, United States. To date, lease positions have been acquired from four landowners totalling 440 acres (1.78 km2). It is anticipated that additional land may be signed up in the future, possibly after initial well testing. This strategy should give the Group a senior land position, effective control of the project area and should enable efficient extraction and processing operations to occur.

Worth mentioning all the work over 18 months is budgeted:-

Over the next 18 months, the Company has budgeted a total programme of expenditure of approximately USD5.4 million which covers overheads, land holding fees, IPO costs and the following key exploration activities:

Burro Creek East: USD 270,000, for completing a 5 hole twinning program on select RC holes and additional 5 holes to test for extensions of mineralized areas; there is also budget to add to the metallurgical testwork and to update the Mineral Resource. In future, though not currently budgeted, a second phase of drilling may be conducted to bring Inferred Mineral Resources into the Indicated and Measured categories, and the necessary metallurgical testwork and associated tasks to complete a prefeasibility study may be completed.

Burro Creek West: USD 610,000 for a first phase of 10 drillholes which should allow a maiden Mineral Resource estimate and to conduct metallurgical testwork.

Wikieup Project Area: USD 1,600,000 for a first phase of 30 drillholes and a maiden Mineral Resource estimate, the budget also allows for conducting metallurgical testwork.

San Domingo Project: USD 60,000 for completing additional surface sampling, geophysics, mapping and a 3D model study for drillhole targeting.

Wilson Flats Project Area: USD 200,000 for completing a one drillhole program and associated metallurgical testwork on the brines for lithium extraction.

Spencer Project: USD 30,000 for completion of a geophysical survey to determine the size of a potential brine aquifer.

Pennsylvania Brine Project: USD 20,000 for completing technical work and a basin study.

No need for thanks I enjoy researching small companies especially when they are so willing to communicate. They've already made four tweets the last one has a picture of a sunny Arizona which is quite pleasant to look at on a wet windy morning.

I've noticed they mention an asset in Pennsylvania in each RNS in the Note to Editors. I've not seen any other mention anywhere. Do you know anything about that?

Agreed, Ged. And thanks for all your earlier posts. Nice to be in before the "rush", as you say. Talk of this being a five bagger. I think that could be quite conservative, if all goes to plan here.

More positive news from today's RNS. I'm surprised it's so quiet here but happy to sit and hold as the story develops.

A pleasing RNS. There's not much more we could expect from the Geophysical program although noted it's not complete yet.

This is confirmation of the thickening of the lithium clay at Burro Creek East in both directions. Perhaps Charles and his team aren't just geologists perhaps they're good geologists.

90m depth of clay at Wickieup so far.

My take is that it's another small step to realising the potential.

I agree. I've not got that many for that reason. However with the people on the board I can't see the mkt cap being too much of a problem.

Don't know much about Charles FitzRoy but he is a geologist and he seems to be getting very excited about the assets. Let's hope he's proved right.

Burro Creek drilling should be completed.
Geophysical program should be completed

So there's enough there to keep us going.

Agree. Price is a real problem here.

All looks very prospective, interesting, and no doubt will rise significantly on good results.

But £20m seems very high to me, to put it mildly, to buy in and take the risk.

Can't see it falling much though, without bad news (which might not come).

I guess the mkt cap looks a bit high for some. Thought that myself. Let's see what the next set of drilling results bring.

Drilling probably completed this week. Will there be an announcement?

So much going on and there's regular communication.

What's going on with the communications from this company. A whole day without anything! :))

220K sale. What's that about?
