Yes sideways channel within pink top and brown horizontal lines.

It's tried on six occasions to break up but failed.

Depending on oil price it may test the channel bottom.

Thanks for the chart.I cannot really get direction from that but this looks stuck sideways.Do you think it's coming off lower channel to 4.60 / 4.75 ish very short term wise?

Yeah, right. I detect an extraction of urine occurring.


If you look at a 5 year daily chart you will see it came all the way back to pre Macondo price level and has share price and has dropped since.

As far as I see it the share price has generally kept pace with the oil price. So until OPEC gets its members to turn off the taps you will have to make do with with halves of bitter.
