("Boxhill", the "Group" or the "Company")

Statement re Suspension

The Company has been unable to finalise the annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2018 with its auditors, KPMG LLP (the "Auditors"). As a result, trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") has been suspended on AIM with effect from 7.30 am today.

The Auditors require certain outstanding information from one of the Company's banks and the final risk review relating to the high value transfer service announced on 28 July 2017. The Company currently expects this work to be completed shortly and will provide an update within one week.
