pineapple........your grasp on the most simple subjects is baffling. if you break into my house, then you are committing a crime, trespassing, breaking and entering to name just a couple!.....you cant be serious with that analogy can you??!!! spreading of non publically disclosed information is a crime, you need to actually do some research before posting opinion dressed up as fact. and of course its obvious that she doesnt actually have any inside information at all, she is just another classic Walter Mitty type character that these sites see all the time. reality is she is actually committing a separate crime of distributing mis-leading and false information that can be deemed as price sensitive. but like i said she is probably happy to do this as this is AIM and she knows no authority actually cares and i guess she is also probably happy to do this because she has no morals or common decency. like i said before, when there are issues the likes of ones with the drill, the volume tells the story, that is clearly not the case as of now.

welshki.....its not ill advised at all. Is she an insider or not. Has she passed info to somebody who subsequently profits from her position as an insider.
She has already stated she holds no position.
If the answer to that is no then she is perfectly entitled to post what she has heard.
If false with an intent (most things are about intent. If i break into your house but have no intent to steal,commit damage ,or rape a person therein then i don't commit the offence of burglury. I can just sit there watching TV. That's an offence of possibly abstracting electricity of course).,
What is the intent of the posting. If its out of her good nature ,then please direct me to the appropriate legislation showing commission of a criminal offence as i am unaware of it

if anybody trades on information which is not publically known/attainable, it is deemed "insider trading". i have no doubt that diane is full of s h 1 t and its all made up drivel, but theoretically speaking, if there is someone on the ground in cameroon who is getting information directly from the operations and then feeding it back along a chain of people, anyone acting on that information within that chain would be committing an illegal act.

now because this is BLVN and its on AIM the chances of the FSA doing anything would be about 0.1%!! but that doesnt mean diane is not acting illegally.

but anyway all of this is pointless, because even Stevie Wonder could see this person is lying. people who are usually "in the know" articulate themselves a certain a way, a way that is well above the level of dianes intellect. and like a previous poster said, just look at her previous posts, this individual is basically a troll.

If info is posted with intent to mislead then there could be problems if you profit as a result by buying any subsequent decline.
If the info is sound then they are under no obligation to keep quiet. Why should they, unless considered an insider (director ,solicitor or party to transaction etc) who profits from this knowledge then i see no legal problems whatsoever in people posting what they know. You think the FSA would be interested in this.....lol

as per blvn ceo video td not till 90 days, then 15 days testing. drills always have probs of some sort or other.
