Many thanks for that most reassuring find our canine friend, and here is the pic of "Eagle" with an even larger rig aboard:

Had a look at twitter, little or no mention of BLVN. Considering he was a large shareholder and advocate of COC, his silence given recent investment announcements by the board is somewhat odd, IMHO.

SNH will back in after the appraisals, saves them paying their 25% of the drilling costs.

I understand Wshak is mainly into debt but that the only oilers equity he holds is in GENL and BLVN.

You can find him on twitter; have a trawl to see what he has been saying.

BLVN remains a no brainer easy win ; for the patient

Ps I also hold BLVN and GENL

I noticed WSHAK has no posted here for a while, does anyone keep in contact with him directly?
Would be interested to hear his views on the recent announcments on cash being used for investments and whether his views on COC are still the same.

The previous management team (CEO, CFO, COO etc)were material shareholders in Bowleven. Yes they were gifted these shares by a compliant Board who never questioned their value proposition to the business. They would surely be determined sellers if they still remain out of work. Does anyone know if they are still shareholders? If they're still in that rather telling as to where they see the value!

In the archives folder all of the historical presentations are available.

Its quite fun actually to ‘game’ MHLP-7 field development ie how to make a coherent project given LNG,LPG, condensate, oil flows from Isongo Echo etc.

Still adding with some matd profits.

Coc are about to make a mint within the foreseeable time horizon, but to do that you would at least want to be able to show strength in the balance sheet in order that you aren’t forced into a corner. Why the hell would you risk your capital strength on trying to achieve an additional percentage or so on your deposits. You really should just be sitting back with a cigar and holding tight with no risk. That statement of increased alarm bells rings alarm bells. But hey maybe that’s what it’s meant to do to release a few more shares to hoover. If it’s a genuine statement then I think it’s a mistake as the risk far outweighs the reward. You’ve seen what the board are able to do without authorisation via Hart giving Bomono away out of spite, I think we need to whatch this very closely.

Solong as the money doesn't end up being invested in some fictitious companies in the Cayman Isle or the like.

Yes I see what you mean, I guess I am thinking that you can have higher risk but still be investment grade.

1.Cash / money market
2.Gilts
3.Corporate bonds and corporate bond funds
4.High rated equity funds

then higher risk for me would be

Commodity funds and so on.

but I don't think they are going to take a huge punt with the funds, they have already done that with their funds getting almost 30% of the company.

I Hope!!
