In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 December 2022, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 347,212,286 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.

The change from 347,211,174 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 December 2022 is due to the issue of 1,112 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
