Aquila : A source at the company said trading was fine and that there is no bad news in the pipeline.

Two big trades suggest that someone offloaded a stash and got screwed by the MM's on the price.

Anyone heard anything else ?

Peel Hunt updated the forecast for the current year from 8.95p to 16p on 21st March .

The new forecasts were , I believe , embargoed until last Friday so people have yet to pick up on this.

They actaly look too good to be true but with results due before the end of the month we won't have to wait long to see how realistic they are.

Also forecasting a dividend equivalent to 7% at todays price.

Held these on and off over the past 18 months. I have been watching them fall and intend buyiny back in again soon. I do not believe the results will be quite as positive as forecast altough if they do break into profit sentimemt could change quite dramatically.

Could be a very interesting punt.

Be luckly.

Baron Corp report results in the next few weeks.
For the year to Aug 2001 Peel Hunt are forecasting eps of 16p.

The shares trade at 42p tonight.
They have been up to 500p pre tech crash.

PE is 3 ish !!!!!!

They develop software for the leisure industry and have Bob Morton as Chairman and a shareholder.

Very thin market as only 4.5 million shares in issue.

Any thoughts on these ????

Our Share Club bought into (bcp) at 180p on the tip it could rise to 300p, and the fact that one of our members had seen their products. Since then it's been downhill apart from a slight rally following the Chairmans report in November. Has anyone seen any info on (bcp) recently?

ADVFN NewsWire (15:12) - The Baron Corporation, which develops and sells computer software for the leisure industry, particularly golf clubs, has appointed Mark Vickery as a non-executive director. Mr. Vickery brings to the board a wealth of experience in the golf industry.

After being professional at Sunningdale Golf Club, he was appointed director of golf at EuroDisney, in Paris. He was subsequently appointed director of golf at the Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Golf Clubs, both in Barbados.

He also works as a consultant to Portfolio International, a company that specialises in recruitment services for golf clubs and resorts worldwide. Baron's directors believe his appointment will help the corporation develop further its operations.
