1p??? There are 12.4bn shares. RTO's normally mean the target company will often want 80%+ but say they only want 40bn. Then another 20bn for cash and we end up with 70bn shares. At 1p that would be a £700m company. Really?
Nothing Glogowski is involved with is worth more than a few million.

Profit, you are missing a few critical points
They are no funded to end of 2019, if they don’t achieve an RTO this month their 6 months shell deadline under aim rules ian up which means they have to suspend or raise £6mil as an investment company

They are cutting it fine for an RTO as if they can’t achieve this in the next few weeks we are in serious trouble

Very risking adding at the minute imo
