Warning after warning was given even when it was PSL, and yet more paper was issued and ramped time after time. Will the market regulators ever put a stop to these practices, or are they party to them.

No. Read the RNS. Suspended pending RTO OR raise of £6mil.

This isn’t suspended purely to complete an RTO.

I did tell the likes of Jace on LSE this would be suspended before you got an RTO but was trolled. Seems I was correct.

This sort of statement would be funny if it didn't involve other people's money.

"The Group is in a good position to achieve its long term investment plans. Discussions are progressing towards reaching a decision soon on the investment and we will keep shareholders updated."

Its just a shell with some cash for goodness sake.

Unless they invest in tulips, then its off to the moon for the share price.

80% is normal for the target company. So I think my figures above are correct for that.
The lowest I remember is 70% when avp took over evrh. There were 231,750,343 shares and they issued 465,702,743 shares to evrh giving them 70%. That was a special case because avp had loaned evrh a lot of money and no cash was raised at the time of the rto. So even if the same was done here then it would be around 29bn shares for the rto giving 41.4bn then another 10-20bn for cash. The best case there is 50-60bn.
In the case if evrh the share price was unchanged on the rto but rose over the next few months.
So ideas of 0.1p would mean a company worth £60m. They do exist.
