antos has put in around £300k yes much cheaper but dyor he has se very good connections and a gold asset clearly he has not invested this cash to sell out 1 week later! This is not how the big boys work ! An asset will be reversed in and then you will see fireworks, he is probably buying more on the open market seen this situation many tines

The placing on 24th May used up all the shares they have authority to issue. If they want to issue more (by placing or offer), they have to get shareholder approval.

And this stock has already proved that shareholders are capable of voting against something if it's not in the interests of everyone.

Yes the buy price at the time was 338 if you look at the trade 08:46:37 that was also a buy at 338. The next buy at 08:49:05 was 348 because of the 21m purchase. I think PIs have been spooked because of the big sells at close of play and the RNS stating Anton's holding has been reduced. But it hasn't in number just in percentage terms due to more shares coming to market. MM also moving the bid lower (32) to scare PIs into thinking all profits are going to be wiped out if they don't sell now. They'll move the bid back up and hopefully a few will grab the opportunity and jump.
