Great RNS - Petra's Botswana asset, on which they must surely have spent tens of millions, acquired for $300k + 5% royalty - and with payment deferred!
Previous (2106) historic SAMREC indicated resource 17.9m tonnes at 35cpht. "Modelling these grade estimates suggests overall grades between 57cpht and 76 cpht. Estimated diamond value from the LDD is $65/ct with an upside range of $97-107/ct..."

Hopefully the "Troll" isn't me - I'm just a clueless punter in this stock reporting that the reported "sell" was my buy!!! I'm just short of £5K invested showing a miserable return of minus £2.5k so I need as much good news as I can find!!!

At the moment my "punts" aren't going too well!

Any idiot would have done some research on diamond prices, which have been up to 70% down as a result of lockdowns. So hopefully these guys have not sold any stones, or their losses would be a multiple larger. In any event they are in the exploration game, which does not involve marketing on any scale.

This one is good news for the diamond industry. For those still standing...Petra and Firestone largely dead, Mountain Province in bad shape and Argyle at end of life. We should see some more activity from BOD.https://www.spglobal.com/marketintelligence/en/news-insights/latest-news-headlines/us-diamond-jewelry-store-sales-pick-up-in-may-as-consumers-return-8211-analysts-59217635

That 50,000 sell at 09:29 was actually a "buy". Had some spare cash so thought I'd top up.
Buy price £0.0079.

perroverde - their OWN website calls the 4 companies the "162 Group"

They refer to it that way despite listing 4 separate companies and having other unlisted.

All run from the same address with common directors.

It is clear that they have to spread their time thinly.

What have they achieved with this ?

If it was all one company - would it still be funded with this track record?

Are the shareholders of each of the quoted companies aware of the relationship with the others?

What's that got to do with BOD Fenners? 162 is John Teeling and co's invest co domain with various assets/investments etc, of which a shareholding in BOD is just one. BOD is not affected by the performance of 162 nor its costs nor its accumulated losses. BOD is a diamond exploration company. Revenues and dividends will come when commercial mining starts (or the mines are sold).

"162Group"

BOD's accounts are Jun rather than Dec 19 as the others but

Losses for the year about £3,361,000

Directors' Remuneration just over £500,000

You could add the Co Sec to that....

Accumulated losses about £43,500,000

(FX £/€ varies)

Sales ? What sales !

Now that I look again, maybe it's an optical illusion like the blue/white dress thing.

Could be a hat coming upwards rather than a container going downwards.

At the very end James says "thank you very.." and then the word "much" is cut off. At that point there is a bird's eye view looking into a bucket or other metallic container.
