The Company has been advised by Mr Jonathan James Sykes, a Non-executive Director, that 225,000 non-beneficial Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the issued share capital of the Company were sold at a price of 258.50 pence per share on 5 April 2019.
As a result of the above transaction, the total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of Mr Jonathan James Sykes in the Ordinary Shares and GBP1 Cumulative Preference Shares ('Preference Shares') of the Company are now as follows:
