31/8/2024 19:26 | Just musing as they sit on a lot of land and have a housebuilding element of the business as to what valuation can be achievable if they turned there hand to really pushing out 1000's of houses a year?? Lot of listed housebuilders have MCaps much bigger than BOOT. | carpingtris
30/8/2024 06:51 | 17th September then ....not long to wait. | hazl
22/8/2024 10:16 | Thanks for that reply. | fidra
21/8/2024 14:37 | They slightly pushed the boat out with debt to buy land at the bottom of the cycle , if the market gets hot they'll probably be paying down a bit of debt imo rather than buying back shares | nchanning
21/8/2024 11:14 | Anyone seeing a share buy back here at any time ? Just asking as I see Costain announce one this morning. | fidra
21/8/2024 10:26 | A beautiful 'W 'between November and March. Hoping that chart sees us through to more of a recovery. IMO | hazl
20/8/2024 11:30 | hazl, give me a break, just bought more at 223. | dudishes
19/8/2024 12:14 | So challenges certainly but good for medium term onwards, is the way I read this. | hazl

17/8/2024 09:26 | Don't worry so much, go with the flow, never be ashamed of selling! | dudishes
17/8/2024 04:35 | A technical reason at close for BOOT. The UT trade the culprit. The trade is already accounted for so I understand. Nothing to worry about for me anyway. The bid/offer remain the same as they were before the last trade shown. IMO | hazl
16/8/2024 16:44 | hazl, flat here, 220, not allot of interest, spread wide. RR. long rather nice but shorts fairing better. | dudishes
12/8/2024 19:00 | TSCO Still going strong....you are very selective with your posts. | hazl
12/8/2024 18:59 | You always have to spoil it at the end. I have some very good shares for the future. Please don't tell me when to sell. I am really enjoying QED's journey. Clearly I like BOOT and to be frank am a bit sorry to see you here. Next minute you will be telling us when you've sold. | hazl
12/8/2024 17:22 | Hello hazl, on the same page for a change. QED, I would imagine in profit there, get out before the next fund raise eh? Others of yours, goodness you love dogs! | dudishes
12/8/2024 15:51 | Nasty spread, got in at 223. | dudishes
12/8/2024 07:26 | Come on Henry join the rally today! | hazl
09/8/2024 11:10 | In a bog standard housing recovery , which is very clearly underway , Boot shares should go up ~50% over the next couple of years However we have a government promising a radical overhaul of the planning system . Hallam Land has 100,000 plots at various stages of planning held at cost . If the planning process were to speed up there would be a spectacular realisation of value from the land bank . Trading at 0.7 x NAV is too cheap anyway and lagging way behind all the house builders but NAV is going to go through the roof if Labour pull off their plan . | nchanning
08/8/2024 08:44 | Pleased to see a bit of interest. Though the markets are worrying at the moment. | hazl
06/8/2024 06:43 | Hmmm....will people pile in today at this cheaper price? | hazl
02/8/2024 13:19 | Good old Henry! Pioneers against the storm! The rest of the market is terrible . Good to have reliable Mr Boot. imo | hazl |
