Interims pretty good, but dependent on bouyant housebuilding & lower interest charges. Operating cash flow negative, but this was due to the big increase in stocks (it says decrese in the release, but it's an increase!) which was expected and is a once-only. They are wisely being wary of the construction market, but it's a pity to see plant hire struggling with weak margins and bad debts, as this was supposed to be a growth area for them.

Pity to see the interims get so little response. One sale of 500 shares showing at 10.00am! I'm holding.

How nice to see a posting. I have been holding since 170p, and like Boot - a nice conservative co with little debt and careful about what contracts it takes. Here's hoping the interims are solid, as usual.

I'm amazed this share hasn't got a BB, so here it is.
Results due this week should be excellent.
