Grant of Options

boohoo.com (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that options over a total of 979,593 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") were granted, at nominal value, on 13 June 2017 pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP').

The grant comprises an option over 138,037 Shares to Neil Catto, Chief Financial Officer and options over 841,556 in aggregate, to 17 senior managers.

The LTIP options granted have a performance period of three years ending on 12 June 2020 and vesting is dependent on meeting challenging performance conditions.

In addition, the Company announces that options over a total of 4,767,500 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each were granted on 13 June 2017 to 200 employees pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Plan ('ESOP').

The options granted have a vesting period of three years, a total exercise period of ten years and an exercise price of 244.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these grants the Company has a total of 19,320,008 Shares under option representing approximately 1.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
