15/2/2018 10:37 | What time for today’s fall?its bound to come I suppose. | albert3591
15/2/2018 10:02 | This will break 183p today then back to 189p so obvious | toolsmoker
15/2/2018 10:01 | Re: AHL Yes, they have increased their short position. However, what we don't know is whether this is a general strategy of shorting a wide range of stocks in the belief that the market will head down for a retest of the recent lows (pretty likely IMHO). BOO may well not follow given how beaten down it already is. Also, worth noting that short interest is usually a bit out of date - I think (please correct me if I'm wrong) that it's only updated every 2 weeks. | cycle2
15/2/2018 09:47 | What does that AHL thread mean? They have increased their short position? | hootza616
15/2/2018 09:33 | Noted Meijiman - however, somewhat "tongue in cheek" if BOO goes up to ASOS in price terms for me the share price is far from meaningless - now I am off to church to pray for the miracle. Who knows............... | glenglen
15/2/2018 09:27 | ok googled it...... | wintokall
15/2/2018 09:25 | meaning..... | wintokall
15/2/2018 09:21 | Double bottom forming here. | algorithmicx
15/2/2018 07:44 | Guess who's back? Back again. AHL's back. Tell a friend. | manics
14/2/2018 16:58 | Agree, and I think it still is misunderstood by the market since, as today with the retail figures and insolvency reports, it always gets hit by general (conventional) retail news. | sogoesit
14/2/2018 15:53 | In itself share price is meaningless but BOO has been derated relative to ASOS and appears to be growing earnings faster............ | meijiman
14/2/2018 15:23 | Yes Meijiman - what a contrast. ASOS currently at 7066 p - Boohoo at 175 p. Can't work it out | glenglen
14/2/2018 13:06 | There does seem to be a contrast with ASOS which seems much loved, and BOO which is a better company going forward IMO. | meijiman
14/2/2018 12:46 | Well Boohoo is giving the customer/public what it wants and also what analysts and the market should want - 100% up in sales/profits up etc. etc. but look at the share price - don't see much upside here I have to say | glenglen
13/2/2018 22:07 | I think that is good news for BOO - they, and other on-line retailers, are punishing the old business models that are yet to adapt. In the same article there is a link at the bottom, underneath the main article, to a report that Levi Strauss have had their best year for 10 years. Proof that if you provide what the customer wants, there is plenty of upside. | shabbadabbadoo2
13/2/2018 20:44 | "Some 19% of UK clothing retailers are currently exhibiting early warning signs that they are at risk of going insolvent, according to research by accountancy firm Moore Stephens".https://ww | manics
13/2/2018 19:43 | See we finish in the blue today, nice to be proved wrong for a change. 10 more days like that and will be back in profit. See the ftse followed it's normal course down while the dow keeps going up. | cinoib
13/2/2018 16:52 | Close above 183p tomoz I'll be going in large here | toolsmoker
13/2/2018 16:44 | Tools.......close but no cigar! Could this at last be our reversal towards my bottle of pop! | telbap
13/2/2018 16:27 | 183p close please | toolsmoker
13/2/2018 16:18 | It would be a sharp reverse though may be to obvious. | albert3591
13/2/2018 16:17 | How about a 1.74 finish today, let the boys get their grubby hands on a few pence rise, then do the same tomorrow. | albert3591
13/2/2018 15:59 | Somthing must be rattling arround the city to much of a jump and in the wrong direction (sic) | telbap
13/2/2018 15:58 | Albert.....i noticed that yesterday too. The bayliss RNS was an increase in holding.....only .04% bit an increase nevertheless ..... | telbap |
