Boohoo shareholders please note, Boohoo PLC said exactly the same thing at last year's A.G.M (June 2022) but the Directors still paid themselves huge Bonuses using your shareholder funds, and that is despite the £91 Million financial loss.

It's officially called Corporate Greed !!!

Oh dear boohoo short interest dropped dramatically!. 3 funds now either fully closed or below the 0.5. Boohoo has not seen 3.64% short interest since late 2021. Only fools like neon will stay short and lose all his masters money to the marketplace .

REVOLUTION BEAUTY LAMBASTS BOOHOO'S CALL FOR NEW MANAGEMENT

Crisis-hit Revolution Beauty has attacked Boohoo’s efforts to oust its management, saying Boohoo's move was “value-destructive, opportunistic and self-serving”.

The response comes just days after Boohoo, demanded a leadership shake-up following the accounting probe at the embattled cosmetics retailer.

Revolution Beauty said it rejected Boohoo's attempts to overthrow Chief Executive, Bob Holt, as well as Chairman, Derek Zissman, and Chief Financial Officer, Elizabeth Lake.

Boohoo stated it will vote against the reappointment of Revolution Beauty's most senior executives at the forthcoming A.G.M as it wants to install its own candidates to run the business.

Revolution Beauty called these actions by Boohoo as “a cynical attempt to seize control of the company” without having to buy it outright.
