A mass brawl quickly ensued ….

So far we have 3 casualties , many broken windows , custard creams everywhere , and the brawl has spilled out into the street where various vulture like journalists have joined in …

If the City whispers are true, Mahmud Kamani DELIBERATELY kept quiet about the three U.S. Class Action lawsuits in California ahead of the £197 million share placing and fund raising in May 2020 in order to ensure that the institutional investors bought the shares.

I think from memory the 1st U.S. Class Action started in early April 2020 but the Boohoo share placing / fund raising occurred on 14 May 2020 when the price was set at 340p each.

Having lost money, could these large institutional shareholders now be considering Legal Action against Kamani and Boohoo PLC for non-disclosure of key material facts ???
