BOOHOO DIRECTORS FACING £100 MILLION LAWSUIT OVER MODERN DAY SLAVERY BREACHES
=================================================================================

Directors at Boohoo PLC are facing a £100 Million lawsuit from some of its investors after allegations of modern day slavery wiped over £1 Billion from the business’ value.

The fashion retailer is being targeted by City lawyers looking for compensation for Boohoo's larger shareholders who suffered steep losses following claims of forced labour in Boohoo’s UK factories.

The allegations were first reported by The Sunday Times in 2020 before being verified in an independent review by barrister Alison Levitt KC.

Levitt found that “allegations about poor working conditions and low rates of pay in many Leicester factories are not merely well-founded but substantially true”.

She added: “Boohoo’s monitoring of its Leicester supply chain was inadequate and this was attributable to weak corporate governance.”

The fashion retailer is understood to have instructed lawyers at Herbert Smith Freehills to try ward off any potential litigation, which could involve some 100 institutional investors.

The modern day slavery revelations saw Boohoo dropped from several retailers’ websites and wiped around £1.1bn off its market value.

This fall in value is the basis for the investors’ bid to claim compensation.

The research has already been done, this time, by the Daily Telegraph and others.

Millstone versus Marshall Wace .

😂😂😂😂 8514;😂ԅ14;😂😂;😂😂😂😂28514;

The final solution to destroy all useless investors could begin soon on here .
All useless investors will be placed within the investor incinerator if the trap door to sub 30 pence opens.

Again, for those easily offended ,please note this is only a virtual incinerator and no investor will be harmed in any physical manner .
This virtual incinerator destroys the reputation of the useless investors alias.

They may carry on posting , but they will forever be known as the useless investor that lost it all on boohoo .
