Also reviewed by Midas yesterday's Mail and sums up:
Investors who have done well might wish to bank some profits and sell part of their stock,but they should retain at least half as this company is on course to deliver solid long-term gains.

No he just mentioned them at the recent mello event as a share he liked, kind of an indirect tip. I believe HH holds over 5%.
Shares in very short supply and mm's didn't want to part today.

Weather is the key for sales here and this cold snap is what we have been waiting for, winter clothes flying of the shelves :))

IC Online today.
Bonmarche grew sales by 11.8per cent in the six months to 27 Sept with like for like sales up 7.8p.cent.
Margins also improved,helping pre tax profits rise 68 per cent to £6.4m.
Management says trading turned more difficult in October due to warmer weather,but assuming the weather patterns return to normal it should meet full year expectations.
We keep our BUY rating.

it might be useful to know the source of the large (selling) today. It is over 10% of shares outstanding and presumably is either an insider at the end of a lock-up period or an institution selling its holding. we may soon be told but any reliable information welcome.....

Sums up-Current trading is encouraging and management is looking to grow online

Results were very good, retail sector doesn't like the interest rate threat, although i would have thought the overs 50's would be happy if rates went up and they started getting some interest on their savings again. Board deadly quiet, maybe everyone has moved on.

Fairly muted reaction to an excellent set of results - very positive on all metrics. I wonder though if the shares are fully valued at this level, i.e. historic P/E of around 25, and if a lot of future growth is already priced in. Anyone have any views?

Ah that explains the strong buying this morning then, I assumed it was just a bounce after the recent fall due to the wider FTSE 250 pullback.

Hopefully the share-price will start to move ahead as results day (13 June) approaches. We already know the results will show strong LFL and online growth, and that FY14 will be 'slightly ahead of (the board's) expectations'...I wouldn't be surprised if there are further upgrades to expectations / forecasts as the year progresses.

All looking good in my view, but this company is still flying under the radar I think and yet to be fully given due recognition by institutional investors and the wider investment community.

Happy to hold and await the re-rating.
