You beat me to Asagi.
I contacted the FD yesterday who confirmed the same to me...just hadn't got round to posting. Thanks for doing so.

The delay whilst disappointing, suggests to me that disposal of one or more of the Divisions must imminent. Bruce confirmed that the company would advise shareholders of any news or amend the Financial calendar on their web site if time-scales materially different.

Hopefully patience rewarded for shareholders who have required to contend with 13 months of uncertainty since the strategic review was first announced.

Regards,
GHF

Was wondering when results would be.

I understand that management would first like to conclude some of the "programme" that it referred to with its last update

before announcing results. At the same time, I understand that management is aware that shareholders seek timely reporting of information. I reckon that if divisions are sold, they would be considered 'discontinued activities' and this would obviously be reflected in references to items such as 'recurring revenues'. Any outlook statement would also be vastly different post disposal, as the balance sheet would be very different at that point.

I understand that HQ have received a few calls with this question and that a possible disposal is the reason that Bond has not committed to a date for results.

Asagi (no position)

On a yellow card for me this one now! Taking an age for the strategic review to materialise into something concrete. Will probably sell out of sheer boredom ;-)

Posted my thoughts on potential valuation via the following link to Motley Fool with reference to EV/EBITDA and EV/Revenue calcs.

Also had a look at KBC's recent take-out valuation.

Conclusion, potential for considerable upside...fingers crossed!

BDI @BondIntUK - Company confirms break-up sale. Upside +40% & perhaps higher. My thoughts here #TMFPP

Bond International Software plc is pleased to announce that it has concluded its strategic review, which commenced in March 2015. The review has been wide ranging and the Board has considered all strategic options available to the Group and, following this, the Board has concluded that a programme of divestment would create maximum value for shareholders. The Board is therefore pleased to announce that it is in active negotiations to sell one or more of the Company's operating divisions. Consequently the Board is terminating the formal sale process and the Company is no longer in an "Offer Period" (as defined in the UK Takeover Code).

I emailed RichardD@buchanan.uk.com on last market day in January and he actually replied with a copy of the strategic review attached (after the RNS on that day of course). So if you're getting twitchy you could try him….

Even if it's only a update RNS I suspect they'll release it tomorrow which would be consistent with previous updates. May not be at 7 though. Time will tell :-)

Could run a little longer if we are still negotiating, I hope we sell the complete
business this time round, anything around 140 would be nice.

A few sales of late including 10k today at 101, looks cheap at the current 105 to buy if a sale or part sale goes through.

Great news reference the sale of part or all of the business, as others have said value should be worth well above todays price.

Another good performance on a bad day in the market.
Perhaps the suitor will choose a weak market to enhance an irresistible offer - (Just dreaming!)
