Well,it goes like this.Littlewood and Law were going to reverse a number of media interests into B as of last autumn.Littlewood even subscribed for a few million shares.However 24 hours prior to an EGM the controlling family(can't remember name)decided to change their minds and opposed the reverse takeover.They were not pleased with the sale of Angel House,why they did not block it in the first place is anyones guess!

One of course may now hope that they blocked the reverse because they have a better idea.Well B is now free of debt and has no(known)skeletons!!!

I have a shed load,at a cheap price,so one hopes.

I even have an idea which i am thinking of running past the company.

ACQUISITION

Bolton Group (International) Limited ("Bolton Group"), the real estate holding
and development group, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bluekirk
Limited, has exchanged contracts to acquire an 8.3% interest in Megacom Holdings
Limited ("Megacom") for a total cash consideration of #300,000.

Megacom is a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, which holds
interests in three advertising operations in Mainland China, Megacom Advertising
Limited (95%), Neusky Media Limited (100%) and Innovedia Limited (100%). The
group is an expanding organisation, which is involved in a full range of
advertising, marketing and media activities, including hotel and in-flight
magazines and innovative, in-store audio visual marketing.

Peter Derby, Chairman of Bolton Group, said: "In recent years, Bolton Group has
been seeking opportunities to move its investment strategy away from the
property sector into areas offering greater potential growth. The investment in
Megacom is seen as a positive step in improving our prospects for growth."

Seems amazing to me that there has been no rns on Angels House. Given that they made an acquisition in may, one would expect that they got the refinancing sorted. any views?

imo.
too little 'transparency'.
there are more interesting,cleaner, shells about.
nevertheless the 'bermuda' quote could be of some interest
to an overseas adventurer.

Could this be used by a tech company to enter the market as the management are looking for a change of direction.Has a deal almost been done?
