@bam567 I'm not so sure there is as many VC's looking for the back door as perhaps you think there is....

It would be ideal for us to consolidate here for a time at the 123 key support. Then followed by a push up through the next key resistance of 148, to resume the bullish uptrend we have seen over the last several weeks. Let's see.

I don't get why you think he's being touche. According to the initial IPO 30 million was gobbled up on the VCaps exiting the company and you've now just had that placing with more of the VCaps looking for the door.

Why are they VCaps making for the exit?

stop scaremongering guys, there's enough of that in the markets.. there are a lot new investors in this market who have not experienced this kind of indiscriminate sell-off..

ask yourselves the following:

- Does BOKU have a genuine business? tick
- Is it growing? tick
- Are they a leader? tick
- Are they still achieving huge growth in their annualised EUS numbers? tick
- Are Revenues growing? tick
- Have they ever had any profits warnings? x (no)
- Are they EBITA positive? tick
- Do they have enough cash in the bank? tick
- Do they have costs under control? tick
- Are they meeting analyst estimates? tick
- Are they growing their customer base? tick
- Are they signing new deals with major global companies? tick
- Are they innovating and developing new products for future revenue streams? tick
- Do they have competent, high calibre Management? tick
- Are the management confident about the future? tick
- Have the fundamentals changed? x (no)

regardless what some have you believe, this is not the apocalypse.. business and the world carries on.. it always does. However, this is not a company specific sell-off it is a market wide one.. that means everything is getting hammered regardless of quality.

At times like this you want to consider doing the exact opposite to what you think you should be doing.. ie. buying not selling!

sorry, just felt the thread needed some balance and perspective whilst some are losing their heads around us ;)

If anyone is still interested. There's a correction going on in the FTSE. Boku is also in a correction phase it all ties together.

Both recent supports are breached next stop, support at 123. Then there is potential support at the 200 Day MA which is at 111. Let's see.

Oh there was money to be had during the pump.
Did rather well but the bag holders, as usual, got too greedy so most bought at way beyond £1.50 and are left high and dry.

In the world of crypto its known as FOMO but applies equally here.

Fear Of Missing Out.

The investors who were selling at the placing clearly knew what was going on. It's very sad see another AIM fraud.
