indeed if the RNS was read properly it is merely an update of their holding position based on the new total number of shares in issues (222m from 214m)..

R&M still own the same number of shares 10.8m

You obviously know very little about what you are talking about, blockchain in the manner your talking about is B2B is very simple to roll out.
moving into a consumer market place is much more difficult, how do the un-banked utilise it? and this is the biggest new revenue stream globally, If you can not connect the un-banked to the interchange then it doesnt matter what the currency is, it just can not be tapped into.It is no use just moving from one form of currency to another, this does not increase revenue it just shifts it. (No Point)
The tech that is already connected to the un-banked,and the interchange is BOKU and the likes.
I can assure you Boku was talking about virtual currency, movement, settlement, connecting the un-banked to the financial interchange back in the late 90's so im pretty sure they will be ahead of the game when the time comes.

Global banking giant Santander Group is reportedly launching a blockchain-based application for cross-border foreign exchange on Friday.

According to a report by the Financial Times on Thursday, the app, dubbed One Pay FX, is initially to be rolled out for Santander's customers in four countries – Spain, the U.K., Brazil and Poland.

The group said it expects to introduce the service in additional countries for small businesses in the coming months, and may also extend availability of the product to other financial institutions.

Built on distributed ledger technology provided by San Fransisco-based blockchain startup Ripple, the app is launching after two years in development and marks Santander as one of the first banks to offer blockchain-based foreign exchange payments for consumers.

Wow you really know your stuff chimers, I guesse you must have been at this some time, myself only a novice, if R&MA are dumping how come they still have he same share holding % as previously, the total boku shares in issue have changed from 203m st iPo to 222m after execution of various options but R&MA’s holding is still the same amount but now a lesser % of the total (is this dumping)their holding? Boku is and will be a very successful company, it started from very humble beginnings and has grown into the leading DCB on the planet, bango although in the same space along with zong and others I can mention evolved from pans ringtone companies and have never been truly focused on the end goal, as the saying goes there are leaders and there will always be followers, to state that this tech is old hat is very immature, yes blockchain ( cash less mechanics ) will undoubtedly evolve st some time but hey it’s the now time that is critical and the people that win in the now time will undoubtedly have most of he mechanisms in place for future tech should it be needed, boku have won this race I have no doubt and heh if an institutional investor that purchased shares st 59p needs to build a fund then why shouldn’t they sell some at a nearly 300% increase in only 10 mths, and the same goes for the people / management within Boku they have work tirelessly to get the company where it is today why should they not reap some of their entitled rewards, Oh and let’s not forget that if your in the usa / japan / Australia/ you can’t even buy theses shares until it’s been on AIM for a year .... watch this space mr I know all chimers

Investing is about seeking out all the FACTS good or bad.
You cant make a balanced decision with only one side of the story.
You can all cup each other's balls on here till the cows come home it's not going to help your investing prowess.
Let me give you a small boost up the investing ladder.

Rule 384.
Always Always Always assume all company directors are fraudsters scammers and outright liars and that all companies are frauds and scams designed to fleece you from your money.
Then..............work backwards from there.
It is up to the company and its directors to prove they are not!!

You lot are like the horse and cart appreciation society when cars were invented.
Blockchain is the future and mobile payments will all be carried out on the blockchain in future because it cuts out the middlemen like Bango and Boku.
There is no earthly reason to pay these p[eople a cut for something you can get for free.
Bango and Boku are too late for this game.
They are old tech.
They have no future.
