It is also alleged that Blue Tower Comms (KDL)have the IPR to the 2-way equipment. Not bad for 30 odd K ( 1 way and 2 way) is it. The production test system alone for the TransceiveIT cost more than that, and by the way it is not complete. It is not productionable equipment. There are many problems to resolve. It is NOT a complete and operational system. It needs large amounts of investment and time (18 months at least) to bring it to fruition. I doubt KDL have the necessarry muscle, (technical or financial). They certainly do not have the expertise and neither, now, do Blue Tower Comms. Remember they sacked 90% of the engineering staff. If they try to recruit again this may be actionable, i.e. the jobs are not redundant. I shall be watching and listening.

It is further alleged that there is a large amount of stock in the US which had been quarantined because it may fail after some, undefined, elapsed time. It is also alleged that Soffe will attempt to sell this "product" to unsuspecting customers. Beware all you US utilities.

trinoc - how true, the law colludes in protecting the guilty against the innocent. Is it just too hard to bring prosecution or is it something more sinister.

Stay away from these companies all you investors.

So now you all know the pedigree of Anne Soffe. She remains the MD of Blue Tower Comms. Channon gone (no loss, his strings were being pulled by Soffe) Peter Garrard gone (technical support loss). It is alledged there is some link between Soffe and Blackburn (KDL). You might think it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that this whole debacle was alledgedly planned and orchestrated months ago.

What has Morgan and Edmund Jackson to comment on all this. They are supposed to be the business experts. Strangely quiet aren't they. I suppose they just move on.

I hear that Ann Soffe, mentioned in the article posted above by shortashare (disgraceful lady that she is!) and who was AVT's interim Finance Manager (ie she was looking after our interests (not), has been appointed Managing Director of Blue Towers Communications - Yes, this is the new Kenure company that AVT has become.

Smelly, yuck.

Any investor in this company a policeman?

Why would it not be made public who was looking after the finances, I would have thought shareholders would want to know who was looking after their interests financially - I never thought to ask but probably cos I'm busy elsewhere with other reputable companies!

Surely one of the ex. employees posting on this site can clarify who stepped in to the Finance Directors shoes?

Kenure DEV are a pretty ordinary company....they see this as an opportunity at your expense....E Jackson should do the hon thingy and disapear from a position of influence .....he is one of the worst rampers around ...hiding behind the ST ...WHAT A PRAT!!!!!

.. yeah , typed it in..perhaps a bit more clarification here.. there have been interesting posts since the damn thing went into administration... v. disappointed..although aware of the risks..

one thing to be wary of is PLC directors.. i wonder how many are simply con merchants.. perhaps more than meets the eye..

Isn't it disgraceful - the link to the purchasing company refers to AVT as being a profitable business. How on earth can a private company run a business profitably - when quoted company bosses merely run it into the ground??
By the way, is it Greg Morgan or Andrew who resigned as director?
What is left of AVT - has it all been sold to the new company (for a pittance)
