19/4/2017 18:03 | 'Figures speak for themselves 'Never a truer word spoken. | astralvision
19/4/2017 17:56 | Yes traffic fines commission was verified and still stands, only question is whether it is part of base platform already in place or part of a phase implementation or rollout. Last year cash burn was £2M a month inclusive of all charges referred to. Will be some uplift on that figure as year progresses due to higher operational investment but figures speak for themselves. Enough for now so signing off. | perfect choice
19/4/2017 17:48 | It is as well to note that the deal with the petrol retailers is not exclusive, as far as I am aware. I think the commission rate will be verified when BNN get to earn some money from this deal! Wasn't the traffic fines app commission % also 'verified', it worked out as a couple of %. That was due to be launched last year, but there seems to be some confusion as to what has happened to that deal, seems it might re-appear as part of the motorists platform app. Fun and games. Worth checking out the RNS releases from last year, there's a few other 'deals' in there that don't quite seem to have made it to the light of day, all to come, I guess. Boils down to if BNN can get some traction with all these 'deals' and then if they can earn enough commission to pay the upfront costs, set up fees, c.£3m monthly cash burn, partner fees, whatever is over from that lot is all ours! | astralvision

19/4/2017 17:38 | That was Topaz holding going through 😂 | charlesdarcy
19/4/2017 17:29 | H2 revenues were £1.527M, the digital element was £1.312M. They are straight from official results, just deduct interim results to get these H2 figures. So yes October was just the start and only something like £24M GTV with Nov £120M and Dec £124M (annual results RNS stated Dec was 3% higher than Nov so can be calculated). Q1 2017 GTV is £413.4M so whatever way you want to look at it, its a nice growth picture but needs to go higher for break even later in 2017. The motorist platform will be a significant uplift for BNN and revenues. For those who know, this has recently been verified in terms of commission rate and bearing in mind the BNN solution is already linked with the 2 largest petrol retailers in China representation over 80% of the market. Bring on H2 revenues I say! | perfect choice
19/4/2017 16:59 | One single share traded at 4.35 for anybody that believes these things GLA | midas 123
19/4/2017 16:44 | My instinct thinks we will hear news soon. A better, more stable day today. Some good posts too. Good to read the more considered contributions. GLA. | newmanontheblock
19/4/2017 16:37 | Astra! From my understanding the motorist platform margins are considerably higher than what we receive from the current business...something you haven't considered Astra, l don't believe they have fully rolled out there platform/marketing campaign to all provinces yet, which leavesplenty of scope for growth. Ssc85, l round expect Mirabaud to provide there broker report by month end/early May.. | and11
19/4/2017 16:17 | When is the broker report anticipated for release? Im a long term holder based on my own views and the confidence of far more knowledgeable people than me have in this stock. What I am trying to work out is the long term strategy and when we can expect news to help slowly grow the share price again. Broker note Contract news Revenue news Nasdaq update New investors etc These are all things that can have a positive effect on the price, just don't know if I should expect any of them in 1 week, 1 month or 1 year! A settled price nearer £1 would certainly make me rest a little easier! | ssc85
19/4/2017 16:12 | Astralvision Think you need to go and have some fun on snapchat forum A company who lost 500 million but is valued at 26 billion How can they justify such a price. At least BNN will make a profit the second half year and from then on the sky the limit. Lottery can't see it staying off line . | genises
19/4/2017 16:05 | They havent lined up their ducks yet. The motorist platform for example is a big money spinner. | ayesha4
19/4/2017 16:03 | GTV was £273m in Q4 2016 which rose to £400m in Q1 2017 ie 46% increase....if I am not mistaken. | nurdin
19/4/2017 15:47 | Reducing losses moving to operational profit not large losses for 2017. revenues will be materially larger this year compared to 2016 results so will be an improving picture going forward. Plenty to do yet but incremental revenues is the case from now on compared to 2016. GTV is double Q1 2017 versus Q4 2016 for example. | perfect choice
19/4/2017 15:28 | The problem is Mirabaud have nothing to work from and their forecasts will be based,as last time, purely on guess work. | nurdin
19/4/2017 15:19 | Fully agree about needing a sensible forecast from the brokers | wla2510
19/4/2017 15:15 | wla BNN have already signalled a large loss in H1, followed by , possibly, an 'operating profit' in H2. That adds up to a large loss this year, imo. The broker's note may add some clarity on the subject, provided there is a much needed realism from Mirabaud this time around. Ok, you could say it's all about top line growth, so far they are not showing anything like what is required, hence the shares have more than halved over the last few weeks. From the ar: 'Like many high-growth emerging technology companies in a similar phase in their life cycle as us, we will continue to see operating expenditure, reflecting the investments we will make in people and technology, especially as we look to build our platform with the addition of student and credit rating services, and new payments. Accordingly, the results for the first half of 2017 will reflect continued investment, whilst we remain hopeful that we will generate an operating profit in the second half of 2017. ' | astralvision
19/4/2017 15:03 | Have no issue with that valuation at all based on forward earnings an NPV. To be clear on this year though, H1 will be a loss, H2 2017 will be operational profit only, 2018 will be first year for a full profit year. That is a fairly safe bet as I see it. | perfect choice
19/4/2017 14:59 | Don't think massive losses this year at all! I think £5-10M profit and it looks like those who put the funds in see it like that too. Profits should be far greater in 2018. A good broker forecast will send this up again. NASDAQ listing in Aug/Sept would push it further. Could be double current share price by Q3 and triple by this time next year. If it's still sub 80p, where funds came in, in one months time when I get some money I am buying again. | wla2510
19/4/2017 14:39 | Trouble is even 70p at the moment is giving BNN a value of around £170m once the new shares are issued. What is there to support that valuation ?Massive losses this year and maybe, just maybe a few mill profit next year if all goes well.Looks way over valued. Investing case seems to rest on BNN duping Nasdaq investors. | astralvision
19/4/2017 13:03 | Thanks for the reply . I respect your knowledge , fingers & more Crossed . | charlesdarcy
19/4/2017 12:49 | Ayesha; I have respected what you write on this board over the past months . But how do you see a £3 share price with what was promised now Looking like a dream and not a reality ? We all control our own decisions here but I am sure if the share price was to double in the next 7-8 months we would all take a big sigh of relief . But they have too get a lot of things right before that and the first thing is getting someone capable of open / truthful RNS . Sorry here I go again ! | charlesdarcy
19/4/2017 12:40 | I decided long and hard not to sell here. There is no point in selling here. They have let us down no doubt but at 66p not worth selling. I do expect to sell my shares at £3 within 18 months. | ayesha4 |
