I cannot comment on anything you might hear from BMR.

No problem boom bear. Who knows when it's not in the partners gift. The financing could fall with ACI if the plant timetable is threatened short term but id say the deal will happen even if BMR have to finance the plant another way pending ACI money also coming later. Better to over than under fund LOLsss

In my original phone call a few weeks ago I was told exactly what Q has reiterated today. The details of the call were relayed here.

I've not attempted to contact AB in the interim period so some posters may be right and they haven't been able to get in touch with AB for whatever reason.

For the past few weeks a few posters on LSE have been phoning but not getting through to AB, or have got through to the office and been told he's out.
Since the RNS dropped though, they have been able to reach him to chat.

Q - that's what Borrelli told me as well so at least we're all being told the same on both the structuring and BMR complying.

It's evident most shareholders aren't doing any personal investigation and asking questions themselves as it's not that difficult to pick up the phone and ask the right questions.

You'd have thought MA almost completely destroying the company would change the way shareholders handle their investment. It's only money I suppose.

Is there still a chance it might fall through??

Thanks QS, one would assume then that it can be calculated how long the slowest part of the funding would take to clear and how much cash we need to keep us moving on with construction, hence why AB has only opted for minor dilution until the ACI money is cleared!

So it's the way ACI offtake and their financing is grouped and structured. Deals are grouped and funded by 3rd parties. Then there's multiple currencies and funding jurisdictions rules and checks.All the layers of checks approvals clearances transfers etc

Some move faster than others but when grouped the slowest dictates the pace.

With Zinc and Lead prices resuming their upward trajectory, the incentives are there QS. Zinc stocks at just above 300,000 tonnes and lead stocks falling. Nothing on the V again. We are fast approaching the ACI anniversary.

ADVFN need to sort their monitor out. They had problems with some trades showing up, now it keeps reporting share prices incorrectly. At one point it was saying BMR was down over 11% today. Glad I stopped paying for a premium package!
