05/6/2017 14:48 | Still no money and it's now June not March LOLsss | qsmeily456
04/6/2017 10:31 | Markjwal, I'm really unsure. There is a smelter in those pictures and I can't find many references to one, apart from a magnamese smelter Chiman which is over the railway to the right. The Black mountain is normally referred to as a copper tailings dump outside Kitwe? There doesn't appear to be anything alike in the drone footage. Certainly spectacular pictures, is that the reason for their addition? | fireball xl5
03/6/2017 11:53 | He's put several deadlines in place and missed the lot PMSL LOLsss | qsmeily456
03/6/2017 11:51 | "If BMR don't pull their finger out they will lose their licence." More scaremongering from our resident trader! Silly comment even for his standards. Deal or no Deal smelly? | kryptonsnake

03/6/2017 11:24 | There is no way of telling if they are in breach right now without looking at the contract. I'm sure Alex will put a deadline in place soon. He'll have to eventually. | kryptonsnake
03/6/2017 11:08 | No, they certainly wouldn't wish be seen to in breach of agreement. Would they? | fireplace22
03/6/2017 10:55 | Buying product is a little different, I'd assume they would sell the product on for a profit, so therfore they would have the money to pay us. If they didn't pay they would be in breach of contract. Companies would avoid doing business with them so I can't see them going down that road. | kryptonsnake
03/6/2017 10:33 | That would be great, they apparently cant get the cash to cover their agreement so what chance have we of being paid for supplied product. I'm sure they'd agree to take it but would we be ever paid in full.. | fireplace22
03/6/2017 10:26 | If he's not prepared to walk away from ACI then we will need funding pretty soon. I can't see ACI walking away as it wont look good on them, even though they are already damaging their reputation now. So the ball is in Alex's court. I suppose if he got funds from an alternative source now, we could then afford to wait for ACI to sort themselves out. If we decided not to take funding from ACI, perhaps we could keep the off take agreement intact for when we start producing? | kryptonsnake
03/6/2017 09:35 | If BMR don't pull their finger out they will lose their licence. Plant progress slowed to a halt. Funding expected in March still not arrived LOLsss | qsmeily456
